For Taxbix Books, the online accounting application at taxbix.com/accounting. Taxbix is a trading name of Gain Financial Solutions Ltd.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use Taxbix Books. This statement explains how accessible the application is, where it falls short, and how to contact us if you have a problem.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. Accessibility is considered as part of how we design and build the app, not added afterwards.

If you contact us with a complaint about accessibility and are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). Users in Northern Ireland can contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.

How we test

Taxbix Books is tested using a combination of automated checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing across common browsers on desktop and mobile. Accessibility is re-checked whenever we make significant changes to the app.
